If you’re new to exercise or it’s been a while since you’ve worked out, Volume One is where your fitness journey begins.

This program is designed to gently ease you back into movement, focusing on building a strong foundation with simple exercises.

You’ll learn proper form and start developing core strength, balance, and flexibility.

You’ll begin building core strength, working on postural muscles and gaining stamina to do more.

These low-impact workouts can be done at home or in the gym, helping you regain confidence and get comfortable with regular exercise.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

I believe that developing a baseline of strength will make you a more confident, fluid mover which will enhance your overall quality of life. Building muscle mass has benefits like increasing your metabolism, increasing bone density, increasing confidence and decreasing overall fat in the body. Building a foundation of strength will make moving your body easier and more manageable. While functional strength training is at the heart of what I do, I will teach you how to develop habits to form an overall active lifestyle. This can look different everyday — maybe it’s swimming in the ocean, walking outside, running or hiking, lifting heavy or jumping high. We will learn the foundations first, and work from there.

About ME

As a personal trainer for the past 32 years, my passion lies in helping women over 40 who are navigating the challenging phases of perimenopause and menopause. 


When I was in my mid 30’s I had so many women in their 40’s  come to me struggling with fatigue, weight gin ( especially in their midsection) and a host of weird symptoms I knew nothing about… But I was determined to find out what was going on with these women!


I researched and studied and realized that they were going through perimenopause and it would take a special approach to get them the results they wanted.  What worked in their 20’s and even 30s was not going to work now as their hormones were changing so drastically.

I became a certified menopause specialist, and can now fully understand the unique struggles they face, from weight gain and muscle loss to persistent fatigue and emotional instability. These challenges can be overwhelming, but my mission is to provide the guidance, support, accountability and tailored fitness programs they need to regain their strength, energy, confidence…And waistlines!


Working with these incredible women is immensely rewarding. I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing the transformations of hundreds of women firsthand as they overcome the physical and emotional hurdles of menopause. It's inspiring to see them commit to their fitness goals, pushing through the tough days and celebrating their progress. Whether it's losing weight, gaining muscle, improving sleep, or simply feeling more energized and positive, every milestone they achieve is a testament to their determination and resilience.
