For fat loss supplements, apple cider vinegar is the way to go!

Apple Cider Vinegar is one of the simplest natural weight loss tools you can get your hands on.  According to Gallup polls 51% of adults are trying to lose weight and while one-third of Americans classify themselves as overweight, only 25% of them are doing anything to actively change that.

Apple cider vinegar ACVIt is very important to remember that simply adding apple cider vinegar to a regular diet of processed foods won’t do the trick. You must be eating a healthy balanced diet of:

  • Complex carbohydrates (vegetables of a variety of colors for a variety of nutrients),
  • Lean proteins (chicken, fish, wild game, turkey…) and
  • Healthy fats (nuts, seeds, avocados, fatty fish, flax seeds…) ( Read more about how to fill your plate HERE ).

If your food intake is not under control, the ACV will not have the effect that you are looking for.  Reduce or, more preferable remove,  sugars and processed and refined foods.  Stick with whole read food 90% of the time.  To keep it simple, when I say “whole real food” , I mean food that grew out of the ground or had a face on it.  Begin to adopt a diet of fresh organic (whenever possible) fruits and vegetables, raw salads and sprouts, raw nuts and seeds, brown rice, beans  and plenty of lean protein to help keep your muscle that will use your fat for fuel.

There are so many healthful properties to apple cider vinegar (also known as ACV) that I can’t even begin to list them all but let me give you a few ideas:Apple cider vinegar book

To read more about all of the benefits I recommend this simple book.  It comes with loads of uses and recipes to work ACV into all parts of your life, >>>>>>>   including cleaning and sanitizing:

Apple cider vinegar has profound fat flushing qualities.  It burns fat with it’s acetic acid that helps boost metabolism and dissolve fats see the study HERE), preventing them from being stored as fat.  It also helps to lower blood sugar.  When blood sugar is lowered, less of the fat storing hormone insulin is produces. Apples contain pectin which have a propensity to make you feel full.  One serving of apples cider vinegar contains the same amount of pectin as found in an apple and can help suppress your appetite in the same way

It is imperative to get the right kind of ACV.  The distilled kind that you find in the store next to the regular vinegar  (Heinz for example) will not do what we need it to do.  It has been highly processed so that it looks pretty on the shelf and has been stripped of it’s nutrients.  You want to get organic, undistilled, raw  apple cider vinegar with what is called the “mother”.  The “mother” is a milky substance found at the bottom of the bottle.  This undistilled variety has all of the life giving nutrients that we were meant to have.  Apple cider vinegar contains the same amount of pectin that is found in an apple.  This will satisfy your appetite and there are definitely days when we all need that!.  Another key item found in ACV is acetic acid.  This helps with boosting he metabolism and dissolving fats which prevents the fats from being stored.  Wha Hoo! Awesome news!  Not only that but ACV will give you an energy boost that will drive you to become more active in the day and increase the effort you can put into your workouts.

Here is THE brand to get and HERE is where you can get it!
